I had a great experience with this Dr. Pankratz. He listened carefully to my concerns and symptoms, making me feel heard and valued. It was clear that he genuinely cares about my health and well-being. Instead of simply prescribing medication, he suggested thorough tests to help us identify the root cause of my issues. His warm and caring demeanor made me feel comfortable and confident in his care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable specialist.
I started seeing Dr Pankrats in December of 2023 for a new onset diagnosis of focal unaware epilepsy. I highly recommend him for treatment. He is so patient and gives us so much time to ask questions and he is so thorough in explaining everything. He includes ME in my treatment. I would say that this is the 1st doctor I have had in my 45 years who offers the kind of care that he does.

I have given 2 stars only due to the very unkind and un professional phone conversation with the receptionist. Dr Pankratz, my sister’s doctor, is wonderful. Kind, caring and through. She has suddenly been diagnosed with aphasia due to pancreatitis and encephalopathy from the way I understand it. She is currently in a rehab and needs to see her neurologist immediately for more evaluation and possible MRI. The receptionist at the office had cancelled her appointment.
