Two phone calls and one in-person visit in, and no one has called back with details on when they can visit and get us a quote. Done wasting my time with them.
Did not have the opportunity to work with them because after an in-person visit and a phone call with a rep, no one got back to me about if they could visit my house 5 minutes away to do a quote. The closest I got was a phone number they said to text with pictures of what needed to be done, but no response after a couple of days even after doing that. Disappointing, but I found another local company who did a same-day quote and at least got the process started for me.
The guys from over at Panko were at my home yesterday to do some MAJOR repairs that we had been waiting YEARS to get done. They arrived promptly at 8am, and got straight to work. A job that my household was expecting to end around 5pm, was complete with power back on and household checks complete by 230pm. The crew was amazing. So kind, efficient, understanding, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend this business to ANYONE looking to get electrical work done on their homes. These guys are awesome!
Scott Eldred took care of my new service from start to finish along with a pole install and new 200 amp service . All went smooth from the first day Gabby helped my setup the install to NYSEG giving me juice to the service . Thanks Paul I
Just had a gentle man Billy here. No power to the entire left side of the house. NYSEG was here before billy and they tested my meter and 240. Plenty of power just not making it into my house. No breakers tripped either. Billy assessed the box under the house, located a cap that covers a huge three prong plug. He replaced the cap and all power restored. I’m very thankful that they were able to get here quickly . I highly recommend Panko Electric. Thank you.
