☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. Panko Collaborative in Saskatoon tried to contact me only through an email account I didn’t have access to. I never received a phone call or any mail from them. Despite that, I was charged unfairly and the lawyer dropped my case without proper notice. I tried to resolve the situation politely but never got a response. I expected much more transparency, responsibility, and professionalism from a firm of this size.
I spoke with Shaye regarding information I required. She was courteous, knowledgeable and approached the problem with alacrity. Shaye promptly emailed and phoned back supplying me with the information I required. Many Thanks Shaye!
