I had an emergency surgery. I had to have my gallbladder removed a few weeks ago. I had developed painful galstones from my weight loss surgery a year ago. My galstone was inflamed. He was appointed my surgeon. I had such terrible anxiety and it turned out, I was not in surgery for to long, woke up maybe a hour and a half later. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Kwan treating me during my heart failure situation, very professional and always happy and smiling. Because of his part in my health, my heart transplant was a success. I have nothing but positive words to say about this Dr.

This doctor overprescribes antibiotics, doesn't do or loses test results, and doesn't follow up with patients. He also allows his medical assistant to interpret lab results, which resulted in my husband and I thinking he had prostate cancer for a day due to a decimal error made by the MA.

I'm thankful for all the excellent reviews on Dr Madan and staff. In Feb 2021 after reading the reviews, I made an appointment to see Dr Madan after being diagnosed with several heart problems to include 3 different diagnoses of heart failure. I wanted a second opinion and brought a LOT of paperwork. Impressively the nurse M Lopez took the time to go through the paperwork I brought and listened to All my concerns about muscle weakness and fatigue . He is amazing. He takes the time that is actually needed to go over everything you feel needs attention. He printed a copy of my labs, made notes on them and gave them to me so I can look back on them if I ever felt the need. He is truly one of the best doctors I've ever had.

Dr Woodford is very courteous and professional, she will listen to your medical concerns and address them in a timely manner. I have had prior visits to other Doctors offices where the nurse spends more time with you then the Doctor. Though my family and I live 45 miles and we have a medical clinic in our community. We have chosen Dr Woodford as our primary Doctor for her excellent Pt. Care. Her office is Conveniently located next to Methodist South Hospital. Once I got past the Covid 19 wall and was able to enter the office and didn't have to wait long and was diagnosed and prescribed medicine in a timely manner and was out on the street pretty quickly . The visit was nice but felt like any Covid question" was if you were sick you weren't going to get in the building to get well".
