The absolute WORST hearing business. They do not answer the phone. If you leave a message they MAY return your call in 2 weeks. This place has had my father’s hearing aids for almost 2 months for repairs . He needs his hearing aids 24/7 and still nothing. This office in Sanford should close permanently. I’m at a complete loss right now and beyond frustrated.
I had an appointment to have a procedure done in December of last year they called and said he was on medical leave and they would get back with me first of the year. I haven’t heard anything from them. I’ve called and emailed and they have not responded so I decided to go somewhere else to another doctor.
I spent quite a bit of time completing new patient paperwork that I was prompted to do via the portal a few days prior to my appointment. The office actually called me while I was completing the forms to confirm my appointment and I told her I was actively completing the intake forms. Upon arrival for my appointment, the lady at the front desk was unfriendly and expressed significant frustration and anger with their computer system not accepting my scanned ID and insurance card.
