Extremely poor customer service. Is there anyone else who’ve experienced a poor customer service from Panjaab Transport. They shipped my car scratched from Ontario to Alberta and its been six plus months and they’ve shown no concern and grace to either repair or cover the cost of repair for my car despite my continuous follow-ups and patience. Very good service provide me to hauling my car with in times
My personal experience, with a driver from this company named Gursirat. He was dispatched to deliver a vehicle to our dealership through an auction , which came unannounced and I had issues with parking the car. Since our office is at a multi dealership Plaza. Hence one of the tenants there was giving him a hard time to park the car there, but the driver went out of his way and made sure he delivered my vehicle to a safe spot until one of our guys went pick it up. Stay away from this company they never pay on time and also if you leave your last cheque will never show up . I left them last year but they didn’t yet pay me . Don’t waste your time here . They don’t care about drivers hard work, if you leave they hire new one but never pay you .
