1 year after having a Hysterectomy, I scheduled appointment with Dr. Paniz Heidari for annual check up ( my gynecologist who did a surgery is far from me now). This is a joke, I have never seen a doctor as bad as she’s. She talked 2 minutes about mammogram, colonoscopy only and left. I spent 20 minutes before she came just sitting, and around 30 minutes after she left to get paperwork for mammogram this is all about my visit to see a doctor.
Dr. Heidari met with me for the first time because of an emergency situation and from the get go, she was amazing. I was scared and in pain, a lot of pain. Dr. Heidari gave me the information I needed, while also caring about my well being. Plus, her assessment of the situation was right and only after seeing her did I get the correct antibiotics and treatment I ultimately needed. I had emergency appointment with Dr. Paniz , they called me to remind me for my appointment and the receptionist told me if you’re not done with the paper she means patient information before 3 PM, They will cancel my appointment and I was at work and I explain my appointment it’s emergency I will do it tomorrow before I come, Anyway, they canceled my appointment, this is unprofessional at all
