They are the absolute best. They care about their patients.
Only two stars because my actual doctor was incredibly kind. However, whoever answers the phone has been nothing but rude and incompetent. When I called I was transferred to the wrong location twice with no notice, I would be put on hold immediately then someone else would say the same “this is Paniolo pediatrics, how can I help you?”. Whenever I would speak, it would take the woman 20 seconds to grunt an answer, I swear whoever I was talking to was high. It took way longer than needed to make a simple appointment. Dr. Ahia has been my doctor since he joined the practice and I feel so grateful for his care, professionalism, knowledge and dedication. He listens, is thorough and I feel confident in his ability. I would definitely recommend this whole practice.
