Our place was clean with a spacious kitchen that was well stocked. The view is beautiful. The living area, porch and balcony were nicely decorated and comfy. The beach was close by and great for walk to the tide pools.

The house we stayed in was very very old. Old appliances, electricity etc. There is stuff falling from the hight ceiling like bugs etc. The smell inside is of an old house with mold so really needs aeration. There is almost no civilization in this Island. Nothing really to do. Nothing around this west side of the Island. The park which is supposed to be the highlight of molokai is closed and there is no was to see the cliffs. Die Lage von Paniolo Hale ist wirklich cool gelegen. Die zwei kleinen Strände sowie die zwei grossen sind fast menschenleer und bei Sonnenuntergang einfach fantastisch. Das wars aber auch schon. Die Unterkunft dreckig, schlecht gepflegt, heisst Geckoscheisse überall, ja auch auf der Küchenoberflächen, Schaben in der Küche. Kochherd und Kühlschrank mussten wir selber nochmals nachputzen.
