I hope this review saves some vacation goers some time and money. DO NOT use VACASA to book a vacation. We were scheduled to stay in room 202B, we could not breathe, there was so much dirt build up and mildew not to mention ROACHES that we had to leave within 10 minutes of arriving. Vacasa did not offer a full refund, only the cleaning fee and I’m very disappointed in this. **ATTENTION** Under no circumstances do business with this complex nor company! We were outright scammed, our once in a lifetime vacation turned into a serious nightmare. We are a family of 11, had booked a separate hotel that was a bed too short. Unfortunately, not enough room for all of us, so we decided to get another hotel to accommodate the room shortage we had. Stayed in 204B and this place was not what we thought it would be. Upon arrival there was a key lock box that was not secured and since we didn’t have the code to secure it, put the lock mechanism and keys in our room. We left to go do something and when we came back, the lock box and keys had been secured back in lock box location, which meant that management entered the property while we were away. Not cool.
