The room 202B had roaches. Some alive, some dead. The exhaust fan looked like it hadn't been cleaned from ages.

Grounds were well kept, Princeville is a great area, loved being in walking distance to Anini beach, wish AC was better in the condo we stayed in, low rating due to cockroaches that seemed to come out in the bathroom every time we turned the light off

I hope this review saves some vacation goers some time and money. DO NOT use VACASA to book a vacation. We were scheduled to stay in room 202B, we could not breathe, there was so much dirt build up and mildew not to mention ROACHES that we had to leave within 10 minutes of arriving. Vacasa did not offer a full refund, only the cleaning fee and I’m very disappointed in this. **ATTENTION** Under no circumstances do business with this complex nor company! We were outright scammed, our once in a lifetime vacation turned into a serious nightmare. We are a family of 11, had booked a separate hotel that was a bed too short. Unfortunately, not enough room for all of us, so we decided to get another hotel to accommodate the room shortage we had.
