What a fun evening of playing cornhole and many other games! We even got to stargaze! The duo who entertained us with great country music were amazing and taught us a line dance. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The prime rib dinner was delicious and the setting was so beautiful with the best views!

What a great time from our greeter who is originally from Texas, who was also the singer and the storyteller he was absolutely amazing to the Volunteer stargazer, who let us look through an amazing telescope see double stars to TJ was so welcoming and working so hard to make us have a good time. The food was good, but if you’re a vegetarian, you need to let them know but really the beans the salad in the bread were delicious and save room for the s’mores because they’re after dessert. Eating a delicious prime rib, bbq chicken dinner with all the fixins during a beautiful sunset with the best views, you can't ask for anything more enjoyable. The hosts and servers are the most kind and compassionate people you will ever meet. There is entertainment before and after dinner that is guaranteed to elevate your experience. It's an excellent alternative to the usual Hawaiian luau at a fraction of the cost.
A must do if you are visiting the big island! We had an amazing experience at the Paniolo BBQ dinner. The drive up to the ranch was beautiful, the views from the dinner area were absolutely spectacular, you could see the ocean as well as livestock on the rolling hills in front of the ranch.
