Bad service. My order was given to the wrong table. That table had the sandwiches in their hands, realized they were not theirs and told the staff. The staff then brought those same sandwiches to me. I politely let staff know that other customers had them in their hands and I requested they be remade. The staff acted so inconvenienced. I had to ask multiple times for them to be remade. They were bland. The bread to filling ratio was awful.

I am soooo excited to have this place in KC! This is a rare treat for Americans. If you have ever traveled to Italy, you’ll understand. Amazing sandwiches. This round we got the La Pistachiosa and it was aaaaamazzzing! We got two wines from the bar, a Vermentino and a red from KC Winery. And I will never doubt a non-West Coast based winery again. Italian deli atmosphere. They have a patio with a wine window but it wasn’t open when I went. The bread is baked in house and delicious. One of the best if not the best sandwiches I’ve had in KC

I’m a huge sandwich fan, and this place seriously impressed me! The ingredients were top-notch, and the bread was absolutely amazing. My only critique is that, for the price, I would have liked a little more meat on the sandwich. That said, I was extremely impressed overall—definitely worth a visit for anyone who appreciates a great sandwich!

Best new sandwich shop, so fresh and authentic with killer flavor combinations. The chips are European and so much better than anything you could get anywhere else as well. Fresh bread made everyday is remarkable! Obsessed with the big bing and the la pistacchiosa!
