This place is so good. The staff is also very friendly and respectful. Today specifically I had to call and make a special request and Pablo was very nice and helpful and was able to accommodate my request. I will continue to order and definitely recommend it
The worst service I've received from this ot anybplace ever. Ordered my food and it never came after 20 mins, when I was told 15mins. Had to go pick up a kif from school and was promised that it would be ready by the time I return, which was not the case. No apologies from the team at all. The manager was Jesus Perez, who did not make any move to rectify and even agreed that this is BS. It's a dying restaurant anyway, but I wanted to support it....thats not the case anymore. We really enjoyed our lunch. Place was busy but not too noisy. Food choices and prices were reasonable. I had the beef koobideh plate, others in our party had the chicken pesto panini and salmon brie panini. All were delicious.
