I ordered a take out order for my workplace and specifically requested for no cheese on the sandwiches due to allergies and when we received the order, both sides of all sandwiches were slathered in cheese AND none of the boxes were labeled of which ones which. As a first time experience, this really shows the quality and care they did NOT put for their food. I will not be ordering from this establishment again. A total of over $100 was wasted today due to the carelessness of the employees.
Customer service ignored me for 10-15 minutes. Did everything else before helping me. No interaction, no “I’ll be right with you”, nothing. Mind you it wasn’t busy with only 3 tables dining. It was able another customer also complaining about the lack of service. They need either more wait staff or more competent waiters.
We had a party on Sunday the 19th at this location and 4 people became sick the next morning. They refuse to address it and claim it was our fault. Luckily I know someone very high up @ LA County Health Dept and they will be address this with Panini Grill DIRECTLY. We have spent thousands of dollars at this location in the past 4 years. Buh BYE Panini.
