Start off we were served old lettuce on our salad, manager said it’s because the dressing sat on it too long. We arrived around 6:20 and this occurred around 6:45 when they brought out the food. She was rude and said I’ll give you a discount ..which was $2.80… I’ve never experienced anything like this as I come to this spot quite often for this specific salad. This was actually my first time eating at the kabob restaurant inside the Americana shopping mall, even though I’ve been shopping there for years. I never really thought about eating there before, but I’m glad I finally gave it a try. The restaurant was clean, and the ordering process was quick and easy. Parking is free and conveniently located close to the restaurant, especially when it’s not too busy on weekends. The food is always consistently good, but what really makes this location stand out is the staff. Their service is beyond expectations and truly on another level. They genuinely care about their customers, always greet you with a smile, and are ready to help. You can tell they work hard and take pride in providing excellent service.
