When my DeLonghi coffee machine started getting error messages that wouldn’t correct I spoke to DeLonghi for support as I was concerned repairing a 10 year old machine may not be worth the cost .. luckily I came across Panica store and had a chat with Leon .. he repaired the machine, had spare parts available onsite and necessary equipment to get the machine working while I waited .. and all at a reasonable price .. good old genuine service from a person you can trust .. thanks Leon I am back to drinking my favourite coffee ... read more

Excellent coffee machine repair here. Fixed my Gaggia Classic and helped me understand how to best use it. They service all makes and models. Very friendly and helpful—5 stars!
Leon knowledgeable, helpful and had my machine working and back to me within a few days! So affordable too as my Coffee machine is about 15 years old. Thank you so much and I highly recommend you don’t look anywhere else if you want honest service!
