Horrible experience. After having my lashes consistently done for close to 4 months, my natural lashes have been damaged. The chemicals they use to remove old lashes are dangerously caustic. When I mentioned this concern to Pania, (mind you, I wasn't even upset when I spoke to her; i was genuinely worried about my lashes) her fake smile disappeared and her response was extremely disrespectful, aggressive, defensive & rude. Pania is the absolute BEST lash tech I have ever gone to. She is so personable, flexible, and gets my lashes done efficiently. I am so grateful to have found a reliable lash tech who is able to make time to see me despite my crazy work schedule as a physician. And her lashes last and look incredible. Highly recommend! 🔥🩷
My first time going here and it was such a great experience! I went with Anna and she gave me advice of what would go with my eye shape and she did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I was looking for . It was easy to get an appointment, parking is easy .
