We contacted John completely out of the blue because we needed a custom cut job to finish out our shower. He was responsive and met with us the same day. We had one 24x48 piece of tile to cut 3 pieces for a threshold, bench, and soap niche shelf. We had our measurements and pictures ready and he expertly hand cut each piece with outstanding precision. John and his team were fantastic to work with! They were polite and professional! They tackled a huge kitchen project for us and we love the work they did! After they were finished, they made sure to clean up and wipe down all the surfaces/floors so they didn’t leave any mess. John had great communication and was very insightful! I would highly recommend using John and his team!!!
John and his team tiled our 2000 foot home in 7 days. All personnel were kind and friendly. They answered every question we had. John recommended putting down an underlayment increasing the cost but I feel you get what you pay for. John has done a backsplash, our floors and awaiting for his team to complete my walk-in shower. 100% hire and wait if you need to. Thanks John
