May of this year starts my 21st year in the electrical trade here in bay county since I started with James electric in 2003 and I'm not much on writing reviews but wanted to give credit where it's due, and so far my entire experience working for panhandle signal has been great and they have treated me better than any other employer has and I finnally feel appreciated for the hard work I put in and everyone in the company looks out for each other, has integrity, are respectful, and this doesn't just apply to the employers and... read more
Garbage.
Rude.
I called to get a quote and the lady on the phone seemed upset that I called to begin with. Then after describing the problem she told me that she doesn't have anything today and that she has 2 guys out and the rest work at night. So I asked what tomorrow looks like in regards to someone coming to look and she said it could take a couple days and then before I could even finish saying thanks for the information, she hung up. That's definitely a way to lose business. 1 star, would not recommend.
Horrible experience with these ppl. Dug with out asking first ,then did not put it back in order (where they had dug) and left a BIG mess. Killed my plants and messed up my walkway. I would not suggest them to an enemy if I had one.
