My wife and I were traveling through on our way to Mississippi and stopped in Marianna. When I tried to level my motorhome the hydraulic jacks failed to extend. I contacted Brock's Mobile RV Repair service and he arrived in less than an hour. Since the RV park doesn't allow extensive repairs, and it was the weekend, we had to extend our stay and went to Panhandle RV on Monday where he works. Purchased a unit that I was told it was only titles between dealers and never used. However, have nothing but issues from this "Never used" unit. First day we discovered all sorts of leaks and parts not working. We thought we received a good deal. The owner Shorty along with Chris and Jason were very nice helping us out but Bill is the star as I have called with issues over the phone and he has walked me through a fix. Good folks , maybe bad products they purchase and resale.
I had a great experience with the service team; they were accommodating and gave me the necessary hookups and space to do my job efficiently. As an independent certified RV inspector and technician, I was hired by an out-of-state client who needed a third-party pre-purchase inspection before arriving to ensure another set of eyes looked over the dealership’s RV before agreeing to terms.
