We parked last night close by only to discover our Jeep was dead. My husband decided it must be the tow power cable for the lights. I found Panhandle RV, took in the old cable in the afternoon and Chris very kindly ordered me a new one before they closed. It came in right after noon. We drove the RV and the jeep over there and they helped us make sure it was all working with the new cable. So thankful for their help and to be back on the road!
On a 3 week trip in our motor home and woke up to no air conditioning in our main cabin this morning. One quick call to Panhandle RV and we were on the road in less than an hour. They told us to come right away. Thank you all for your professionalism and thank you Brian for a job well done.
We purchased a water pressure gauge from them yesterday. It was out of the box without any instructions but we needed one as we were passing through. They charged us $75 plus tax ($81). It works and was the same brand I purchased from Amazon in 10/23. I looked it up on Amazon this morning and it costs about $25 without tax. We were ripped off (obviously). Lesson..if they up charge this item chances are they up charge other merchandise. Buyer beware and check out pricing at Amazon or else where. A similar product but by Camo ... read more
