Great experience! The place was clean and the staff were friendly. I loved how they actually had a front row seat for the parents to view their kids cleaning. To top it off they gave the kids a quarter once done and they got to get a toy out of a toy dispenser. My kids had a fun experience and are looking forward to their next visit.
Was in town for vacation and my son needed a tooth pulled. Dr Johnson and his assistant Hanna were so good with him. They both went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable. The chair-side manner that was witnessed was top notch! Congratulations to this team and their new office. If I lived there, this would be our go to dentist ❤️
I accidentally mixed up my son’s appointment and thought it was today when it was actually scheduled for next week. The staff was incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to fit us in anyway. They even took the time to verify our insurance to make sure everything was in order before seeing him. We have been taking our children to Panhandle Pediatrics for several years and have visited at least three of their locations. We’ve always had positive experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. The office has recently moved, and we were not notified beforehand. Thankfully, the new location was nearby, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience. The appointment itself went well. We’ve brought our daughter to Panhandle Pediatrics three times now. The first two visits were referrals for specialized dental treatment—one to evaluate her gums and another to have two teeth removed and a filling. Both visits went very well, and we were impressed with the professionalism and quality of care. Today we returned to establish them as her permanent dentist for her cleanings.
