We’ve been bringing our children to Panhandle Pediatric Dentistry for years, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience. Both of my kids have received excellent care from the entire team. The staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and professional, and we’ve always felt well informed about treatment and appointments. We had a wonderful experience at the dental office today! My daughter saw Dr. Perry, and as always, he was amazing. He is so caring, patient, and gentle, and he always makes her feel comfortable during her visits. We call him the "Gentle Giant" because of his kind and gentle nature. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and we're always grateful for the excellent care they provide. We highly recommend this office to any family looking for a compassionate and wonderful pediatric dentist!
We have loved our time at this dental facility! Will be coming here for all future needs and concerns. Erin and Perry were amazing help, very diligent and understanding with us! I'm always well informed and given advice when I come and I am forever grateful!
The wait time here is a joke...they want you to be here early just to have you waiting for almost an hour just to get back to be seen then another 30-40 minutes to see the dentist. Dental back room is set up like an assembly line as opposed to a dental office. Very unprofessional for a clinic "specializing" in children's care, staff not familiar with new computer office program. Also front office staff and appointment line do not seem very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I would have to rate this particular dentist a 0. I was informed the day prior that there is a 10-minute grace period. I had difficulty finding the clinic initially, and I arrived just one minute past the grace period. Despite this, I was turned away. I brought my baby in because he has a potential cavity, and I asked if they would really turn us away for just a minute.
