The dentist and the hygienists are amazing!! They are very patient and do really well with my daughter who gets nervous at appointments. Unfortunately, everyone at the front desk is so rude though. We’ve been coming here for about 2 years and every single time they act like I’m bothering them any time I ask a question or checking out for the appointment. It’s a shame but seems to be the norm for doctor’s offices these days.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Niceville location. It felt like they had no concern for my child’s pain and were more focused on strict scheduling than providing care. Despite calling ahead to inform them that we were stuck in traffic, they still refused to see my child, who was in pain. On top of that, I was unable to reach anyone when trying to follow up, which was especially frustrating since we live over an hour away. I wish I could give zero stars!
Me mandaron un mensaje para que llamara llame hace dos semanas luego volvi a llamar hace una semana para hacerles su cita de chequeo y limpieza a mis hijos y me dicen que en este momento no pueden atenderlos que busque otro lugar donde los pueda llevar, como me dicen eso si eh traido a mis hijos desde hace cuatro años aqui ellos son pacientes y se me hace muy injusto que no los quieran atender no mas porque solo estan atendiendiendo pacientes con problemas dentales, como pueden negarte una cita cuando los niños ya son pacien... read more
