I can't say enough good about this center. I had a nerve stimulator implanted in the front lower port ion of my left leg to stop knee pain. I was clocked in at 1 PM and was out of the door and on my way home by 2:30. The staff, I mean all of them, were so darn friendly and attentive and that made my experience even more better. I was contacted the following day by phone after my outpatient procedure just to followup on how I was doing. Again, just another example of their caring attitude. First time here and it’s been a terrible experience. It took 2 hours for my spouse to get called back to be prepped for surgery. They do not allow family members to go back with the patient. After waiting an extraordinary amount of time and still not seeing him, when the nurse called another family member for another patient, I inquired, only to be told: “oh, they were in a hurry so they already took him back to surgery!” I did not get to see my spouse, pray with him, or even get to hear his long the surgery was expected to ... read more
