Awful office help! Rude uninformed staff who tell you one thing and then another. And do not try to fix their wrong are just like OOPS sorry you were misinformed nothing we can do about that.. Very sad. The MD I saw however was very kind.

This facility has had a huge turn over in staff. FOR THE BETTER. I truely enjoyed my visit from the wonderful front office, the medical assistance to the nurses to the doctor. They seem to be more family oriented and taking care of the patients. I have and will continue to refer my family and friends to this facility. Been a patient for more than 15 years and would not go anywhere else.

Quite possibly the worst medical office I or my wife has ever been in. The office staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Trying to get accurate billing, records released, or even setting up an appointment are all like pulling teeth. So far it has taken 4 months to get an accurate estimate for our Obgyn deposit and it ended up being over $500 over. The reviews are valid, the office staff is unsettling, They made me feel uncomfortable. Questions were answered with attitude. They are the cover of the buisness, making a lasting negative impression for me. Make sure you are on a good emotional pregnancy day when interacting with the office staff, cause it might ruin your mood.

I have been to other OBGYNs in Amarillo and this place definitely surpasses them all. Dr. Freeman is my doctor and is wonderful, he is willing to help in anyway he can, great bedside manner and doesn't make me feel uncomfortable. The admin staff is always nice and very helpful as well. Can't say enough positive things about their facility.

I do recommend the doctors at this facility. They are very attentive and efficient. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for their administrative staff. I always had trouble getting messages through to the doctor or his nurse, it was difficult getting referrals, and they always seemed to be in a terrible mood. If you are able to tolerate inefficient administrative staff then best of luck to you. The doctors may be great but the hassle and trouble to get to them is not worth it.
