Will lied to me several times about coming to fix my RV Always had a new excuse as to why he was not coming. Very unreliable person to deal with. I don’t like liars. He was supposed to be here today then texted me saying that he was going to be here late. Later came then he called me saying he went the wrong direction. Repair man came promptly and fixed my problem. Would definitely call again if needed
Things started out normal with Will, no issues. Only complaint initially I would say is he could’ve been a little more responsive, but no big deal at all. Then after he says he will be back in a couple days, I let a month go by with nothing. Again, he said a couple days; but still no problem with me yet because I had no rush to get this fixed. Great technician! We contacted him when we had an issue with our RV. He was already booked and couldn’t come in person, but still found time to talk to us over the phone. He correctly diagnosed the problem remotely, and his advice was spot on. We’re very grateful for his help and professionalism!
