Will always does a great job at a fair price. He responds quickly when called and comes out as soon as he is able. Friendly and professional he quickly diagnoses the problem and fixes it as soon as parts are obtained. He is my first call when problems crop up.
Will from Panhandle Mobile RV Repair answered my call and set up an appointment for Saturday which I was so grateful for. Will, with process of elimination assured me I did not have a current propane gas leak. Suggested a part replacement would resolve the issue. Also tested my battery and suggested replacement. Will took my old battery where I purchased my new one, so I could get a refund on disposal of old battery. He was so gentle and understanding to my older Yorkie while working on my RV. Will lied to me several times about coming to fix my RV Always had a new excuse as to why he was not coming. Very unreliable person to deal with. I don’t like liars. He was supposed to be here today then texted me saying that he was going to be here late. Later came then he called me saying he went the wrong direction. I reset the appointment for Sunday morning and he said he had no other appointments. Lo and behold I get a text this evening saying he couldn’t come. The guy is a true liar. Repair man came promptly and fixed my problem. Would definitely call again if needed
Things started out normal with Will, no issues. Only complaint initially I would say is he could’ve been a little more responsive, but no big deal at all. Then after he says he will be back in a couple days, I let a month go by with nothing. Again, he said a couple days; but still no problem with me yet because I had no rush to get this fixed.
