Highly recommend. Bill Ivey is professional and thorough. Disregard the comment about not being able to be at the inspection. He clearly states if you would like to attend to please do it towards the end and coordinate it ahead of time. This allows for a more thorough and timely inspection. We received our report the same evening of the inspection. The report is detailed, concise and easy to read. Thank you Panhandle inspection for your work!
Understood the e-mail that I couldn't be there because you're worried about getting covid. However, the lack of customer interaction given the fact I was not allowed to be there is not acceptable given that customers typically hire your services when going under contract and there are time-sensitive decisions on repairs that impact hundreds of thousands of dollars. Highly recommend Panhandle Inspection Services. Dan Russell is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He did an extremely thorough job inspecting our future home and took great care while examining all areas. It was nice having one person who could take care of all the inspections I needed. I was given a very detailed report which was a great help. Would definitely use this company again.
