He clearly states if you would like to attend to please do it towards the end and coordinate it ahead of time. This allows for a more thorough and timely inspection. Understood the e-mail that I couldn't be there because you're worried about getting covid. However, the lack of customer interaction given the fact I was not allowed to be there is not acceptable given that customers typically hire your services when going under contract and there are time-sensitive decisions on repairs that impact hundreds of thousands of dollars.
