We stayed recently at Beach N Sea. Our stay wasn’t horrible but it was also not what we expected it to be. We were quite disappointed especially with how much it cost. We probably won’t be booking with Panhandle Getaways again (this was our second ever reservation with them). Negatives: The unit was dirty and overall in rough shape. Never ever ever Rent frome Panhandle Getaways! They are liars and cheaters!!.
We stayed at Prominence at 30A in September 2023. The house was beautiful and exactly as advertised in the pictures. The location is very good, the house was very well equipped with pots, pans, etc. for the kitchen. It came with a plush 6 seat golf cart & many bikes. The door codes were communicated quickly and all via text/email. I did have to reach out upon arrival to find the keys to the golf cart and they got back to me straight away. We stayed at Magnolia Cottages - The White Flamingo. This place is on Patina Blvd and managed by Panhandle Getaways. The golf cart that was "included" with our stay worked for 1 day. We had a large group so this made our entire week much harder. We booked this place because the golf cart is included and it's a significant need for us during the stay.
