Turned in the new patient paperwork 2-3 weeks ago, called multiple times and was told I’d get a call on Friday the 25th. Never received a call, called the following Monday and still couldn’t get an appointment. Don’t waste your time here. Ridiculous.
I'm so frustrated with this practice each year my husband and I go for a wellness exam and this is the second time we get charged with a co pay which should not happen with our health insurance. This office needs to let us know about this charge before we leave it's always a surprise to us when we get the bill. We can't even find out what we did to be added this charge it's so aggravating to us .we are so fed up with this practice and hospital since they chose to let the hospital handle their business. Just wanna say this place saved my health and my mentally, doctor really work with you and make sure your getting the right help. I used to be in bad shape lazy and go thru lotta situation in life with my health. Till Ms.Owen saved me from being in that position, now I’m living my life the happiest the healthiest staying active and I can’t tell you how much I appericate this place so much. I will never stop coming here and gonna keep myself going with a success for all they do for me. Way over 5 star for me.
