Staff is always nice and courteous. I am very impressed with my Mama's doctor and nurses. Gets us out in a good amount of time. They are always helpful over the phone and friendly. It is also very clean there. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a primary care doctor.
Dr Spence is a great doctor and I have no problems with him or the nursing staff. The receptionist ladies need to learn how to talk to people. They’re absolutely deplorably rude all of the time and evidently not very good at their jobs either. They have “lost” my husbands paperwork and did not reach out to him, he received a call back one time over a weeks long process of trying to make an appointment. I recommended this office to my husband and I deeply regret it now, despite using Dr Spence since I was a child. These women... read more
