Terrible work, tells my elderly dad he got the $1,000 lenses and that's why my dad can't see good now. Other words cheap lenses means my dad got cheap surgery, going on one year and five months of my dad's eyes being worse than before the cataract surgery. All it is is an insurance money grab. Klein sent my dad to Rush another insurance money grab.
I deeply respect Dr. Klein so I won't give this a one star, but I called to refer a patient over for a cataract evaluation today and Brandy, a receptionist, answered. The moment she was made aware of what the phone call was regarding to she hung up immediately. We refer a lot of out patients to this office so this is disappointing and also extremely unprofessional. Very rude to elders that don't understand English then they go to the front and start making fun of that person with others, very unprofessional! (Doctor is awesome)
