Ben was helpful and kind. He cleaned the chimney, sealed a crack in the fireplace, performed an inspection with photos to show the rust issue. Now I know to update the top of the chimney in the near future, but it’s functional for now. The house is 30 years old and the chimney is showing the years. Last night I heard animals coming from the chimney ! I called STAR- Attic Repair & Chimney Inspection Service and they came right away, soon enough we found out those animals were babies raccoons, the technician took care of the problem quickly. This company is amazing because I found out that they not just throwing them in the street they took them to the shelter which made me feel happy to hear.
