My husband and I have been banking at Panhandle Educators for several years. The staff has always been so personable and very helpful everytime we walk in the door...no matter which branch we go into. A Big Thank you, for opening the branch up on 231. It is so much closer to home and we love the girls at this branch. Tonya, Maddie & Sherry, thanks for always putting up with our craziness. Lol You Girls Rock!!
The tellers are so friendly and helpful and there is never a long wait. The staff is always on the lookout for credit card fraud and have called me (yes, a real person) when any "suspicious activity" has been noticed. Thankfully, the "suspicious activity" has only been my own but I know that if there was any fraud, I can rest assured that they would catch it. When I call, I always get to speak with a real person and their customer service is wonderful. Fees are minimal so banking is pretty stress free. Thank you!
