Don't recommend at all. Did a job at mother in law's. Did not do a good job. Didn't do some things they were supposed to do. Workers need a little more training. Communication was not great as to what they were doing and the days they would or not show up.

I was able to book a convenient time within a week of calling. The team arrived in time, was professional and courteous, and left my home clean when they were finished. I noticed the difference in the air quality in my home immediately!

After 365 days with this company…. Please avoid at all costs. Especially if filing an insurance claim! No communication from the project managers. Did additional damage to my home and took no responsibility. Quit in the middle of the job. Shady practices ordering light fixtures and supplies that were never used in the house. Took 2 months to dry out the house. Left my front door wide open for 2 weeks straight. Poor management with lack of accountability. The staff at Panhandle was great to work with. All were very friendly and considerate of all our needs. The workers did excellent work and cleaned up after each session. Tracy was there daily throughout the demolition and mold clean up and monitoring of the machinery. Ben was prompt at accessing our needs and scheduled his guy as quickly as he could.
