Great staff and doctors
Unorganised unprofessional out of date and incorrect placement of medical equipment. Used my right to ask questions about vaccinations to make a false report of aggressive behaviour. The only aggression was the staff and they way they communicated with me.
The staff are excellent they always want to help and they always get me to my medical appointments if it wasn't for their transport I would have missed a lot of appointments I give a 5-star rating because of the courtesy of the workers and staff and the driver's I get along with very well I recommend pangula mannamurna to anyone who is seeking help and betrayed nice and kind by everyone...
Lack of confidentiality and people are rude
Was asked to do a phone consult instead of FTF for social distancing which is a great idea however the GP did not ask any actual questions about the issue (back pain associated with old fracture that did not heal properly). Instead the GP assumed immediately that it was just a muscle spasm without asking for any details and we were told that there were no useful investigations.
