Horrible business. Made reservation months in advance. They called the night before at 9pm to say that boat we reserved wasn't available, that their website overbooked them. They were not apologetic at all. I could have a smaller boat or nothing. I had no choice but to try and fit 10 of us on a smaller boat. I was not happy. Panguitch Lake Boat Rentals is a sad excuse for a boat rental company. I do not recommend them at all due to their lack of professionalism and empathy. Our group rented a 24’ pontoon boat from them well in advance of our planned date. We had several children in our group who were looking forward to getting out on the water. Late evening prior to our rental day, they called to inform us that their website “glitched,” which based on previous reviews, seems to be a common theme. **If I could give ZERO stars, I would, because this business doesn't even deserve ONE.** This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company. We reserved a 24-foot boat back in July for Labor Day weekend—plenty of advance notice, right? Yet, at 9 PM the night before our reservation, we received a call informing us that their website had overbooked, and they were downgrading our group of 10 to a 20-foot boat or offering us two separate boats. What an amazing experience we had at Panguitch boat rentals/ Aspen cove. My family and I rented a pontoon boat for the day. The boat was very clean and operated smoothly. Jim was very knowledgeable and experienced. He gave us many tips on fishing and helped us set up our fishing gear. At the end of our trip he was very helpful with helping us out clean our days catch.
