Jim, this is James the one that went from white to red, 3 different shades lol I was with Chris, TOPHER hahaha but anyways I highly recommend Jimbo's/his boat rental!! He was very helpful in helping us set up for the right gear and was very hospitable!! His pontoon boats were very great and very helpful with manoeuvring around the lake!! Thank you very much Jim!!!! We will BE BACK!!
Boat looked like it was gonna fall apart. The so called dock was extremely dangerous. Staff didn’t really seem to care all that much. We were also not given the boat until almost an hour past our booking time. Poorly ran.
This review is past due from last spring, I paid upfront for a boat rental and the company called to let me know the lake was still frozen over and the rental would need to be canceled, which is understandable. However they would not refund me the 400 dollars, after multiple attempts and voicemails with no return calls I was forced to dispute the charge with my CC company. I highly advise looking into the boat rental company across the lake.
Rented a pontoon to take the kids out fishing for the morning. The trolling motor mounted on the front wasn't for trolling. It was for the anchor. The gasoline motor mounted on the rear was for trolling. But it wouldn't troll. Turning the steering wheel would advance and decrease the throttle. Was nowhere near adequate seating. Fun day on the lake! Boat was clean functional and ready. Jim was very helpful with gear tips. Caught fish like crazy.
