Extremely rude office staff. Plus they will NOT allow to talk to the doctor even as a patient after his surgery is done. Not sure if those are his instructions to his staff - i.e. not to bother him with patient problems - even after surgery!
Great chair side service. Staff was friendly Dr Gismondi took his time and explained exactly what needed to be done and how he was going to do it
Dr Gismondi was the best. He and his staff provided a stress free experience. I highly recommend this office.
I agree with Raj. The staff with the exception of Nurse Bartlett are incredibly rude. During my procedure the assistant kept coming in complaining about other staff members to the nurse. 8 days post op I am still having problems and when I call the office for help I am blown off.
