Initially working with PanGEO was wonderful, kept to a schedule, completed the work and sent the report. However, they never received the retainer for the work, which I mailed, never followed up on not receiving it and then 12+ months later reached out about payment. They emailed me, and while I wish I would have seen it, I did not. They sent reminder with many months in between (Jan, April and then May) and it just was missed (some was in spam). We worked with Lisa on-site and Michael over the phone, at PanGeo. Both were excellent to work with and were able to accommodate a short timeline for geotech probe. Thank you! I would recommend, and would work with again.
