The people were really nice and I was pleased with the price compared to the other brands. I purchased two fixtures with bulbs from them one 6 months ago and one 3 months ago. Both lights have went bad. They emailed me promptly for about 2 weeks but did nothing. I thought they might replace the bulbs at least? I’ve recommended this product to a few people because of price but maybe cheaper isn’t always a better option…would not purchase again.
Very disappointed. Recieved my order today for a big build. I ordered 2 small 4 medium and 1 large manzanite branches. The large was meant to be the top canopy. Unfortunately although it is large in length technically. Its about an inch bigger than all the mediums with very little branching. Its always sad when the largest piece is the most disappointing. Especially when paying their prices!
I like supporting a local-ish supplier, and the quality and speed from Pangea are always great. Pricing is competitive to larger online suppliers on known brands like zoomed, and their house brand habitat supplies (like branches) have been as expected and pest free. I’ve been using them to maintain my boa vivarium for several years and will keep coming back.
I’ll never shop here again. Cork rounds arrived broken, replacement should have been easy but was a huge pain, and Nick even admitted that he made a mistake when shipping my replacement order, which resulted in unnecessarily sending two incomplete packages and of course the additional delay. I was cool with all of that—mistakes happen, and eventually I got a replacement—though it was not the right size and was smaller than the item I purchased. I just placed my first order with Pangea Reptile for my crested gecko, and I’m beyond impressed. The quality of the items is top-notch, but what really blew me away was the packaging. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take the time to make sure everything arrives perfectly. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the level of care here definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Highly recommended!
