I just placed my first order with Pangea Reptile for my crested gecko, and I’m beyond impressed. The quality of the items is top-notch, but what really blew me away was the packaging. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take the time to make sure everything arrives perfectly. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the level of care here definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Highly recommended!
Decided to support a local company instead of my regular online source. Needless to say, it will be the last time I even consider Pangea. Zero communication. I reached out about my order, they replied 'due to weather delay'. Cool, I absolutely agree and appreciate that, but it'd be good to know. Here we are, 2 weeks later, temps in the high 40s low 50s, and no delivery. No email. Oh, and no refund, only store credit. Yeah, I'll pass. Have been a customer for YEARS - The latest order I received contained defective products. Rather than having to send a bunch of video proof to Pangea as I’ve had to do in the past with defective product, I contacted my bank and shared the information with them and they submitted a chargeback. As a result Pangea banned me from ordering in the future (all because they shipped me defective product) Crazy work Nick @ Pangea
Nick is very rude when handling live animal shipping and dry good orders take way too long to receive! Advertised as 4-7 business days but my current order won’t be here for 11! The animal quality is not what it use to be. Everything is covered in dal spots even though it doesn’t state so and way overpriced compared to market value. I bought my crested gecko pair on sale but still very unhappy with them but do not want to deal with Nick to return them. Horrible customer service!!! Ordered a 10lb box of small mixed cork rounds and flats. Was improperly delivered by FedEx. It was left outside in the open instead of in a Luxer locker or in the mail room. Because of this the package was stolen the day after at 1am. FedEx themselves took the delivery photo that proved that they left it outside in an unsecured area. I was able to obtain security footage from my property manager that clearly showed the package being stolen but this still wasn’t enough evidence for Pangea…. Nick E... read more
