I have a complaint about Security for these buildings. I have put in 3 work orders about a lock that has been broken for 2 weeks now. My neighbors are walking over men that is sleeping in the hallway at the time they have to go to work. That's Very Bad Security!!! We Need Some Safe place to live. This is NOT GOOD!!☹️I'm not a complainer but this is ridiculous. Our door is still Not Fix!!. Made a full payment to the apartment I was renting but left due to a rodent infestation three years ago, only to find out they never cleared the balance. Even tried to charge me again for it.
No help the people's are very rude
They have been absolutely awful. And now I'm seeing it's not just me. So I view an apartment, apply the same day. 2 days later I get a call and an email saying I'm pre-approved and they're moving on to the criminal background check process which should take 5 days. I clarify that its for the apartment I viewed and that unit is still available. They confirm. Cool. 5 days pass I call to check and am told that it's still processing.
