Worst app to use I do not recommend this app for anyone I canceled the transfer that was supposed to be refunded in 3 to 7 business days. I’m going on the third week already and haven’t received a penny back every time I call customer service, they gave me the same runaround that they will call me back and they never call back

Had me enter the information twice and at the end of completing the transaction it gave me no confirmation number. A minute later it sent me a message saying my "pending transfer had been cancelled" I called the number provided and they told me they needed "additional Information." and 1 to 2 business days for my transaction to go through. What a joke.

I also had a bad experience with this app. I tried sending money and I keep on getting a text that my ID does not agree with what's in their system! This is the first time I'm using this app what is it that they have in their system? Waste of my time!!!

I needed to send money to the Philippines right away and decided on Pangea because of their high exchange rate. Turns out that high rate was only for the first $500. I chose to remit thru Metrobank because other places had a max daily limit of $500. The website showed that the money was available for remittance within minutes. The receiver went to Metrobank in Makati 4 days later and was told there was no record of any remittance for her. She went to Metrobank in Tagaytay today and was told the same.
