We live Idaho and have their ferments shipped! I think I ate 2 jars of spicy jalapeños in 2 weeks. Awesome delicious and healthy product from great people. Highly recommend.

The best sauerkraut ever!! And the jar is full of delicious sauerkraut--not just a lot of brine with a few bits of cabbage on top. Pangaea Ferments is a local treasure! A note about Pangea's wonderful kimchi too. I use it in some unconventional ways: It goes with every soup I make. I put some in the bottom of my bowl and then pour the hot soup over it.
