I’m at a loss for words. I’m 30 years old and I feel like I’m 60. I have psoriatic arthritis and I was ran over by a car. One session, one singular session is all it took and now I want to go for a run again. I haven’t ran in a year. I don’t know what else to say. This is just amazing thank you so much.

After years of neglecting my flexibility, I finally got a much-needed stretch and it was LIFE. CHANGING. 🔥 The therapist was patient, knowledgeable, and worked out all the kinks (literally!). Also my shoulder was SO tight and sore before this stretch, but the therapist worked magic! He pinpointed the tension and worked it out with just the right amount of pressure.
