They came out and looked at our yard and said he would get back to us with a bid in 2 to 3 business days. After a week we still had not heard from them. I called and left a message and was told I would get a call returned. The next day I received an email stating they wouldn't be able to do anything for me until fall. Didn't have that courtesy to even call!!
