Panera Wildwood - the manager is less than accommodating. I asked if i could get a piece of bread instead of a baguette because the baguette is hard for me to chew. The girl said she would have to ask the manager. He said yes but it would be an up charge - FOR A PIECE A BREAD! Seriously? - I said never mind, just give me the baguette and he said "OK" and turned and walked away, not wanting to be accommodating at all. Please be aware there is a scammer out somewhere sending emails to people with a panera bread membership and is telling them that there card is invalid and is asking people over the phone for there credit card information and if they have another one. I had given them the original credit card that was on file and they had told me it worked again. Later when I had gotten off the phone with them I had realized that both of my bank accounts had gotten hacked into yesterday ! It was shortly after I had gotten off the phone!
Orders never made right and this company makes getting your money back the worst. Only give you a credit for their stores good for 30 days if you want a refund get ready to spend tons of time submitting ridiculous information. Crap company and service
