A franchise should all be the same that’s why people go to a franchise so they have the same quality and same service. I have called about a location several times not having the pumped sugar and I can drive a little over a mile to a different location out of my way and get the pump sugar for my iced tea. I think it’s useless to have customer service if you’re not gonna address the issue. Very disappointed in the “Customer Service”.
Been an employee for 3 years and they only care about money gonna launched the energy drinks and make employees pay without us it wouldn’t be a Panera bread
Cafe # 203157 The salad was wilted and had a bug in it. I wish I could post the pictures. It was cold inside and the tables outside were dirty. I did get a refund on my meal. Very disappointed. Coffee from the container and it was cold. They did bring him hot coffee, but very very disappointment.
We always go to panera bread in fort Worth Texas, specifically, lakeworth location and is unbelievable the poor service at the entrance cause I give customer service as well but if I am busy, at least, I acknowledge the person in front of me. I’m at Lubbock location on loop 289 and I just got put out by a Gm for not being a guest? Make it make sense. I don’t want her apology or credits. I just want someone to know that I’m hurt because I’m an old employee and a loyal family member of Panera bread.
