They have the worst customer service and mangers that know what the hell they’re doing. Never again They don’t check orders before sending it with DoorDash . My ordered was missing three sandwiches and there wasn’t anything the manger could do. They don’t deserve my money or my service . Especially the one in Allen Park

26 mile & VanDyke has a great GM & is superbly run. It's my favorite location because I always receive my order exactly right, perfect temperature, in a timely manner & always with a smile & friendly service!

Do not order from the Panera located on Adams Road in Rochester Hills. They use Doordash to deliver, and the drivers steal your food and report the food was delivered. I reported this to the manager and she said " this happens all of the time" . I will never order from this location again. I use to respect this company, but their current quality is a disgrace!

I would say don’t even try to get a job here, management is terrible, and the work place is very unfair. There are far more better well paying jobs within the Romulus area. Would avoid working here. I crushed my hand in a machine and was told work the hardest line the next day. They don’t care about what their workers have to say at all.
