I am a daily customer at Panera bread in Hingham Ma. I was horrified at the treatment I received from you manager Jen. I purchased a chicken salad sandwich that had hardly no chicken salad in. When I went to her she was rude and yelled she doesn’t make the rules. I am 91 years old and to pay $7.00 for a rotten sandwich. I receive hundreds of dollars worth of gift certificates at Xmas every year. I will NEVER enter Panera every again. I will sell my gift certificates. Absolutely awful treatment.
You add one thing to your cart and the entire order disappears. Good luck if you're hungry. I even called their support team, and my rep placed my order for me. It still froze on him. Guess Panera doesn't care about money I guess. I've had so many incorrect orders arrive when the site actually works, it's embarrassing. I was offered a $5 credit for having the smallest coffee size delivered no less than 10 times, despite me choosing and paying for the largest size. Gross
Groton Ct Panera has gotten every order wrong in the past year. I'm so tired of contacting the store to get missing item or report wrong item received.
We just had the new panera flatbread w/ pepperoni and sausage...EXCELLENT
The saddest $6.50 tuna sandwich I’ve ever seen The 2 pieces of bread weren’t both on the sandwich that caused the tuna to be smeared all over the paper! I haven’t been to Panera for a while and it isn’t like I remember it! The worse part is that none of the workers we wearing masks🤮🤮🤮🤮made me sick!
