St.Matthews Frankfort Ave location has a reputation and misconception about size proportion. The Dutchman Ln serves a full size breakfest sandwich. Don't go to the Frankfort AVE
RecommendedMy soup was good but my sandwich not so much. The avocados were hard as a rock so I had to throw them away.
Ask for extra broccoli in soup and somehow I ended up with an entire bowl WITHOUT a single piece of broccoli. I have video to prove.
Food and service were amazing.. I have never seen a Panera without a dining room so that was a little inconvenient as we had two little ones with us. This place is good for pickups and take outs only. Food was exceptional this time.
Your customer service is a JOKE
Employees should be given proper training on changing their gloves when they take money from customers, not touching bagels with the same gloves they touched the money with �
We always choose the rapid service but it is slow slow slow. And today my 4 year olds soup came with plastic in it. Really Panera just stop it! You can't even cut the plastic bagged soup properly? Hopefully that's what's it from and not some other contaminant! Truly feel like something is wrong with this location! Can always hear kids joking and playing around while waiting 15+ minutes for a rapid service with 2 names on the board. Now this! Luckily my daughter pulled it out of her mouth.
