No employees ordered my food took 30 min no drive thru
Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 soups at 6:30 and didn't get my order until well after 7:40. They didn't even have the drive through open and only a handful of customers in the lobby... The food was prepared okay but clearly hastily. Don't run a chain if you can't handle it. An hour wait for a sandwich is rediculous.
No dressing with my salad and I got big piece of the lettuce core in my salad.
I used to go to Panera when I lived in Florida back in 2002 and trust me the portions have been cut back and as a rule I avoid food franchises.
