On October 25, I purchased a Green Goddess Salad at approximately 130 p.m.,but I didn't take my lunch until that evening at work. I was shocked and dismays to find a very long piece of hair wrapped around a piece of lettuce and chicken. I was so disgusted and hungry that I threw that salad in the garbage! This is unacceptable. especially since the salad costed $15.31. I'm pissed the hell off.
If I order through the drive-through, you tell me to park my car I’m expected to be out in five minutes not to be waiting 1520 minutes for my food, especially when I’m ordering a warmed up soup and a warmed up chicken sandwich. It’s very simple one too 1520 minute wait the car after me got their food before me and I’m just sitting here in my car like am I gonna get my food or what so I had to ask for refund if I come on my way to come to Panera I don’t expect subpar service. The broccoli & cheddar soup was to thin, seemed watered down. Otherwise it tasted good.
