I'm not sure what has happened at Panera, but the service and quality of food have really gone downhill. Even though we order online, there is always a significant wait to receive the order and the order is most likely incorrect. Today I picked up two soups and a sandwich. The bag was missing a soup, a soup spoon and the french onion soup was filled only halfway full with no croutons. Pretty disappointing experience. The food takes forever sometimes, and my order has been wrong multiple times. I remember Panera being a lot faster and better before. For the price you pay, I’d honestly expect better service and more accurate orders.
I sat in the drive for about 20 minutes only 2 cars ahead of me! My lunch will be over by the time I get my food. Its like this everytime I come here. Barely any customers but the wait, is crazy!
Food always tastes good but the orders are never right. Today I ordered like 6 items & multiple things were out of stock & then others were not added to my order (ordered mac & cheese, wasn’t charged or given any). Apparently the espresso machine was down so I was asked if I’d like my americano without espresso since they didn’t have it lol ordered the soup bread bowl & did not receive the baguette or bread bowl.
