The staff were incompetent and forgot ingredients I requested and my grilled queda fell apart because it wasn’t grilled for long enough. The cheese didn’t even melt. At least they made a new one for me.
Panera, it's high time you redesign your cups. I got a hot tea to-go, the cup buckled on the way and the hot tea spilled on my hands and half the cup was gone. The same thing happens with coffee, it keeps dripping from the sides of the cup.
