Service is pretty bad. Prepare to wait in a long line during off-peak hours (~3-4 pm) because they will decide to not have anybody at the register for several minutes at a time. This has happened to me twice in the last week. Food is good but overpriced.
I really enjoy Panera's Toasted Italiano and Loaded Potato soup, definitely my go to order. Their Crème Brûlée is great most of the time! I would say the quality of your coffee will depend on the server of that day, I've had amazing drinks, and pretty mediocre drinks here. Painfully slow, constantly running out of basics, and unable to really offer half of all myPanera offers due to lack of foodstuffs. When your order gets made, it has a 30% chance of falling apart.
