90% of the time they forget my extra dressing or sauce never follow the modifications I make to my sandwich and today they decided to give me a completely different order. How did I get a mozzarella sandwich when I ordered a steak spicy sandwich?! Please make dose kid do their job!
Update 4 years later: the service has become horrifically slow. We have set in the drive thru for over 30 multiple times. Rarely do I see more than 3 employees during a shift.

The Diet Pepsi is always flat in the drive thru at this location... Never seems to get fixed.
The place is dirty. The restrooms are dirty, the dining area is dirty. The worker walks by nitrile glove laying on the floor and he ignores it. If the place I eat is not clean, how clean is the kitchen? Is my food prepared in the sanitary way?
