I grew up loving Panera, it was a staple to my broken family. The last I remember knowing joy was when I would go to my local Panera in Newtown Ct with my dad. The Panera that has opened in monroe Ct has ruined my experience of Panera. Not only that, it has ruined all of my childhood memories at Panera in general. The service here is truly so bad, I have never waited longer for food. This needs to be addressed to the highest order of Panera, because this branch is tainting the good name. I love this panera!! Luke was especially awesome and so nice and made sure everything was good. Will be back!
